Since 1989, Tammy Ebersole has worked in the real estate industry.  Originally from California, Tammy moved to Wilmington, NC with her family.  

Tammy is the team leader for Ebersole & Kelley Real Estate Team. Real estate has always been a passion for her, and she enjoys the challenges of the ever-changing market.  The rewards of being a part of life-changing events for her clients bring her the ultimate professional and personal satisfaction.  

Her success is based on her client’s satisfaction.  She takes her job very personally as she puts herself in her client’s shoes, making sure that their goals are met.  She has invested in real estate for not only her personal home, but also vacation homes and rentals.  She has a competitive advantage when it comes to negotiating for her clients.

Outside of the office, Tammy enjoys singing, hiking, kayaking, riding her Harley, spending time with her adult children, James and Shelly.  She can also be found walking her dogs or spending time with friends on Pleasure Island.
