Today’s National Pasta day! And truly if you think about it, watch any of the cooking shows available on the networks or streaming services, and you’ll see just that. Whether it’s cheesy -macaroni style or created into a summer salad, or pot simmering on the stove all day on Sunday with your Italian Nonna, pasta is truly a diverse food that can be enjoyed across generations and cultures.
